I have my annual physical today. I’m expecting to get hassled about my weight (294), and asked about my medications (none), and who knows what else? I’ll tell him that I’m almost 4years, 100 days, into my daily tai chi routine, and that I’ve stepped it up recently (even though I’ve been slacking off lately), and that I’m active in my community. And that I feel healthy, even if I could stand to lose a few pounds. And he’ll tell me I need more vitamin D or something like that.
I’ll be ok.
In the meantime, I did my full-on routine today: four times through the form, both qi gong forms, twenty push-ups. A good day, and I feel like I’m back on track.
I’ve written two large design pieces; one about book-making, and one about game maps. They were supposed to launch on different days, but I accidentally scheduled both of them for yesterday. Have a look!
