Tai Chi Y4D93: Lassitude

I’m slacking.  I know that I’m slacking.  I did my tai chi form once this morning, and not again. What is that, about six minutes?  Barely.  No qi gong forms, no push-ups.  Terrible.

I’m not recovered from the end of school; I get that.  My lady just left for two and a half weeks (she’s helping to run the New York Faerie Fest, you should go if you’re in the area).  I’m also working through some digestive issues at the moment, which made trying to do more tai chi than the basics a little complicated…on the other hand, I have responsibilities to myself, don’t I?
