Tai Chi Y4D84: A morning routine

Today was the first morning in a while that I felt like I had an uninterrupted morning routine.  Two qi gong forms, twenty push-ups, and the tai chi form three times.  About 30 minutes, plus or minus three minutes, I think.  Not bad.

Now I have to work on being able to do this ten or twelve days in a row, and then keep that up for six times through.  That’s the schedule and habit I want to work on developing next, and it’s going to be a challenge.  How do I know that? Because it’s been the challenge since March.  Here it is, June, and I can’t seem to find that rhythm yet.
