I don’t know what to say about today’s tai chi practice. I did Five Golden Coins first, which got rid of some of the aches in my shoulders from sleeping at an apparently-weird angle. Then Eight Pieces of Silk, which felt wonderful. And then the tai chi form, twice, with some mistakes but a generally acceptable performance.
I followed that with my branch of Druidry’s daily rites, and my morning reading of the news. And it’s so obviously and deliberately normal, that I don’t know what else to say about it.
