I’ve been waking at 4:00am for days. Less than ideal — I think it’s due to the time change (which seems more and more ridiculous) and my body adjusting very slowly. But it’s also throwing off my morning routine. Today I got to do tai chi – my primary practice – but not to meditate.
The thing I noticed this morning in tai chi, though, is that I can do any of the “swallowtail” sections, and repeat it, and do it again and again, before going on to the next section.
