It was my major poetry project from 2005 to 2007: Write a sonnet for every new moon and full moon. The first year was easy. The second year was more of a grind. The third year, I added a new cycle, the Sun cycle of nones (5th of the month), ides (the 15th of the month) and the kalends (the 30th/31st of the month).
