Video: Hegelian Dialectic

This video is NOT a substitute for teaching or learning Hegel, which anyone interested in philosophy should do, at least a little.  However, it does provide a quick overview of how to use Hegel’s generic theme as a framework for writing.  The example I provide here is of the dialectic between the Missouri Compromise of 1820 and the political scrambling that occurred in the midst of the Mexican War.
