In about an hour, we’ll be landing in New York. Providence is only twenty-six miles off the starboard bow, which means that Pomfret is within about forty miles of where the plane is. I’ve traveled four thousand miles in a relatively short period of time, and my body is exhausted. It’s been a wonderful trip.
