Coffee late at night when you’re trying to be up by 5:00 am is a bad idea. I need to train my body to rise at that hour, as much as I need to train my body to do t’ai chi every morning.

a celebration of storytelling, spoken word, song, drum and dance
at the Village Arts Center
in Worcester Massachusetts
from Dusk (7pm) to Dawn (6am)

Help drum and speak in the autumn
with words, song, drum, dance and play.

Please bring canned food items to benefit FANS WITH CANS and the
Worcester 1st Congregational Church Food Pantry, and either $10 or
potluck food to share with other attendees.
