Today is the first day of faculty orientation. We have a week of meetings, and then the kids come Sunday. Woo.
This weekend I was totally relaxed about what I ate or didn’t eat. I’ve learned that being totally relaxed about what I put into my body amounts to about a 5-pound weight gain. I weigh 275 pounds this morning, and I weighed about 265 at the start of the summer. So it’s time to get with the program again, I guess. It seems I have no tolerance for sugar or wheat, in particular, and I need to limit my intake of fruit, especially if I don’t want diarrhea any more.
Time to get back on the eating program that’s worked for me.
and I had a sweet weekend. We have a nice time planned for Friday and Saturday this coming weekend, too.
