Still have a sore throat, still coughing up goop. A lot of it is clear, but some small green lumps. Still can’t talk very well without my larynx screaming at me. May have to cart myself off to the doctor’s in the next day or so if this continues. Mostly I need to not talk — no easy task when you’re a teacher. Giving the 7th grade responsibility for presentations today was a good idea. They’ll each talk for 4 minutes, which means I’ll just have to call up the next person — oh yeah, and keep order. We’ll see how that goes.
I’ll bet you have a bit of allergies…they are starting.
My advice? (not that you asked for it :-p) NETTLES…lots and lots of nettles. Also, red clover and dandelion. Also…get some Breathe Easy tea (or whatever the one is WITHOUT the ephedra in it.
