Tai Chi Day 67

Running a mile yesterday was pretty hard, but I managed OK. Today’s tai chi was short but excellent. I did all the motions as isometric exercises until I heard pops in most of my joints. I feel a lot looser and more limber this morning. The session only lasted eight or ten minutes, but it still felt pretty damn good.

Time is in pretty short supply for me these days. I got my winter comments started, and I have comments done for my sports, two of my classes, and two of the three kids I tutor. This is not half-bad. However, I did these things in January because I knew February was going to be pretty rough for me. So I got things out of the way fast… but now it’s February, and I’m booked until mid-March, mostly. How did that happen?
