I got up this morning and did tai chi. This consisted of Eight Pieces of Silk, 20 push-ups, 20 squats, and a tai chi form done at reasonable slowness. I’m currently writing my journal entry about that. Then I’ll go and do my druidic work. Lately I’ve noticed that I’ve tended to linger in meditation a long time, and it’s been disrupting my tai chi practice, and my breakfast. Which means that I’m usually quite hungry by 10:30 am. SO I’m trying to change this around, and focus on the exercise first, then the druidic work, so that I still have time to eat breakfast in the morning.
There’s not much else to say about my tai chi practice at this time. I did it. It went at the right speed. And it wasn’t exactly easy, but it wasn’t exactly hard. What else is there to say?
