Taiji Day 95: Awake

I did the form first this morning, followed by five golden coins, followed by eight pieces of brocade.  I had a whole elaborate rant planned about something or other, but it evaporated.  Whatever I was planning to say, it evaporated in the moment of managing to put one foot in front of the other all the way through those three exercise patterns.

Holding on to issues or rants or anger never really works.  It’s not worth the trouble.  Let them go.
