SpiritFire was wonderful. Lovelips and I had a great time; a few pictures (not very many at all) may follow in the near future.
However, the big news is that I came home to a lovely and surprising… surprise. Having not talked to B&C and heard for sure whether or not I’d have the puppy before SFF, I wasn’t sure I’d get the dog. But apparently, I was chosen.
So… Clio, the lovely lady depicted here, has joined my household. She is teh awesome, so far, and I’m glad to have her here. She’s a purebred black Labrador puppy with the sweetest disposition and a lovely if slightly confused attitude, and Leah and I are glad she’s in our lives already.
Austin is hot, but it’s a good time.
I was at Ego’s last night and caught Manchester, the two Columbus teams, Berkeley and Seattle in two separate bouts. I heard Providence finished second in their bout, Cantab finished 3rd, and I haven’t heard about Worcester (which is just me spacing – I saw Jon last night at the Erotic reading but I ended up filling in for Scott so I was a bit distracted).
I’ll pay attention today. 🙂

We still have to get some carpet cleaner and deodorizer, though. :-/
