Geordie is purring again, finally. It appears that he will only drink water from the toilet bowl, even if the toilet bowl lid is down and the only source of water is the bowl in the kitchen. He would rather dehydrate himself than stoop to drinking water from the kitchen faucet… only toilet bowl water is good enough for him.

He had some blood test work done this afternoon; the results will probably confirm my hypothesis — no thyroid troubles, no cancer, no IBS, none of that. Feline leukemia? It is to laugh. No, the medical condition plaguing my cat, and for whose diagnosis I just spent $142.00, is that he is so aristocratic that only eau de toilette is good enough for him.
